THE FOUNDATION SHALL WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE JEFFERSON'S FERRY BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND STAFF TO PROMOTE AND RAISE PHILANTHROPIC FUNDS TO ENHANCE SERVICES FOR THE RESIDENTS AND STAFF OF JEFFERSON'S FERRY LIFECARE COMMUNITY.
