THE ORGANIZATION WAS FUNDED BY THE JERRY LONGRIDGE ESTATE AND EXISTS TO BENEFIT THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-EAU CLAIRE FOUNDATION INC, A WISCONSIN NON-STOCK CORPORATION. ALL NET INCOME OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO BE USED TO FUND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-EAU CLAIRE MAJORING IN EITHER THE NURSING PROGRAM OR IN THE BIOLOGY DEPARTMENT.
