Mission
THE MISSION OF THE JEWISH RESOURCE CENTER OF THE POCONOS IS TO INCREASE THE POCONO JEWISH POPULATION'S AWARENESS OF THEIR HERITAGE, BY THE PROVISION OF JEWISH EDUCATION, CULTURAL, RELIGIOUS AND SOCIAL PROGRAMS. THROUGH THESE PROGRAMS THE JRC HOPES TO INSTILL PRIDE AND GREATER COMMITMENT TO JEWISH VALUES, THEREBY PERPETUATING THE LEGACY OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE IN THE REGION.
