PLEASE NOTE THE CHARITIES HAVE A RIGHT TO REMOVE THE TRUSTEE, AND THE TRUSTEE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO AMEND THE DOCUMENT TO INSURE THE CONTINUATION TO QUALIFY AS A 509(A)3 ORGANIZATION.
