TO PROMOTE RESPONSIBILITY AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS THROUGH THE EDUCATIONAL WORK OF 4-H CLUBS, FCCLA, FFA CHAPTERS IN COOPERATION WITH THE ADULT LEADERS OF JIM WELLS COUNTY IN ALL PHASES OF AGRICULTURE, HOMEMAKING, AND INDUSTRY.
