THE JOHN & ADRIENNE GARBARINO TRUST #1 IS A CHARITABLE TRUST UNDER LOUISIANA LAW. THE PURPOSE OF THE TRUST IS TO HOLD AND INVEST ASSETS CONTRIBUTED TO THE ORGANIZATION AND TO DISTRIBUTE THE ANNUAL EARNINGS TO OUR LADY IMMACULATE CATHOLIC SCHOOL, A TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION.
