THE TRUSTS UNDER THE CEADER WILLS PROVIDE THAT THE JOSEPH D. CEADER FAMILY MEMORIAL FUND BE USED GENERALLY FOR THE BUILDING FUND MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF THE PHYSICAL PROPERTY OF THE ST. LAWRENCE CHURCH. THE EXPENSES PAID ARE FOR MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EXEMPT ORGANIZATION: THE ST. LAWRENCE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH IS SITUATED AT RIEGELSVILLE, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA.
