TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF THE HOMELESS ON MAUI BY PROVIDING EMERGENCY SHELTER AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, TO VOICE THEIR CONCERNS, TO EMPOWER THEM TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN LIVES AND TO CALL ON THE COMMUNITY TO ASSIST IN THESE ACTIONS.
