KARAMAH EMPOWERS MUSLIM WOMEN AND THE BROADER COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION FUNCTIONS, AND OUTREACH AND ADVOCACY. WE PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES TO MUSLIM AND NON-MUSLIM WOMEN FROM THE UNITED STATES AND OVERSEAS, MANAGE RESEARCH PROJECTS, AND BRIDGE GAPS WITHIN AND BETWEEN FAITHS AND COMMUNITIES BY CONTRIBUTING IMPORTANT AND OFTEN UNDERREPRESENTED VIEWS RELEVANT TO HUMAN RIGHTS. KARAMAH'S PROGRAMS EMPHASIZE GENDER EQUITY AND ENCOURAGES INTELLECTUAL GROWTH, CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.
