THE AGENCY PROVIDES MEDICAL HOME HEALTH SERVICES TO RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THESE MEDICAL SERVICES INCLUDE SKILLED NURSING, REHABILITATIVE, HOSPICE AND PEDIATRIC CARE TO LOW INCOME AND INDIGENT PATIENTS; IN CONJUNCTION WITH AND IN SUPPORT OF CARE NEW ENGLAND HEALTH SYSTEM.
