KENTUCKY RESOURCES COUNCIL (KRC) IS A PUBLIC-INTEREST ENVIRONMENTAL LAW AND ADVOCACY ORGANIZATION THAT WORKS TO PROTECT AND DEFEND THE PEOPLE, COMMUNITIES, AND NATURAL RESOURCES OF KENTUCKY. KRC USES LEGAL AND STRATEGIC ADVOCACY TO PROTECT KENTUCKY'S NATURAL RESOURCES, ADVOCATE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND JUSTICE, AND TEACH CITIZENS TO BE EFFECTIVE ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDS.
