KESTONE CENTRAL FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, CULTURAL, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE TO BENEFIT STUDENTS OF THE KEYSTONE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BY PROMOTING EDUCATION, EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS WILL ENHANCE THE EDUCATION AND WELFARE OF STUDENTS OF THE KEYSTONE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT.
