TO PROVIDE RESOURCES, TRAINING, SUPPORT, HOUSING AND OTHER SERVICES TO EQUIP AND ASSIST CONGREGATIONS OF THE LUTHERAN CHURCH-MISSOURI SYNOD ("LCMS") AND THE WISCONSIN EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN SYNOD ("WELS") TO DEVELOP AND/OR REINVIGORATE DISTINCTIVELY LUTHERAN PROGRAMS TO NURTURE AND SUPPORT SENIOR MEMBERS AND REACH OUT TO UNCHURCHED SENIORS.
