THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY TO FURTHER THEIR NON PROFIT GOALS AND TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
