THE KO-KWEL WELLNESS CENTER WAS SUBSEQUENTLY LEASED BACK TO THE TRIBE IN ORDER FOR TRIBE TO PROVIDE HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS, SERVICES, AND BENEFITS TO MEMBERS OF THE TRIBE.
