THE KOSHARE INDIAN MUSEUM, INC.S MISSION IS TO PRESERVE AND DEMONSTRATE THE INDIAN HERITAGE AND CULTURE OF SOUTHWEST INDIANS AND TO TEACH THE YOUTH AND GENERAL PUBLIC OF SOUTHERN COLORADO AS WELL AS AROUND THE NATION ABOUT NATIVE AMERICAN SKILLS AND HERITAGE.
