THE PURPOSE OF THIS TRUST IS TO PROVIDE RETIREE MEDICAL AND LIFE INSURANCE COVERAGE AS SET FORTH IN THE KRAFT HEINZ COMPANY RETIREE HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS PLAN WHICH IS FUNDED THROUGH THIS TRUST.
