THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO IMPROVE THE LA JOLLA, CALIFORNIA, COMMUNITY BY COMBATTING COMMUNITY DETERIORATION, IMPROVING CONDITIONS, IDENTIFYING COMMUNITY PROBLEMS AND ENCOURAGING RESOLUTIONS, ENHANCING PUBLIC PORTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY THROUGH PUBLIC ART, LANDSCAPE AND ARCHITECTURAL IMPROVEMENTS, AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
