IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE LIFE OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV PERTICULARY WOMEN, TO IMPROVE BETTER STYLES AND LIVING CONDITIONS BY PROVIDING SHELTERS, OUTPATIENT SERVICIES, HEALTH SERVICES, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT FOR WOMEN, PREGNANT WOMEN AND CHILDREN INFECTED OR AFFECTED BY HIV. ALSO PROVIDE SHELTER AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF CRIME.
