THE LOCAL WAS ORGANIZED TO AID ITS MEMBERS BY SECURING IMPROVED WAGES, HOURS, WORKING CONDITIONS AND OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES THROUGH ORGANIZATION, NEGOTIATIONS, AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING. ITS MEMBERS ARE IN THE HEAVY HIGHWAY AND (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)UTILITIES CONSTRUCTION TRADES IN CUYAHOGA, GEAUGA, AND LAKE COUNTIES IN THE STATE OF OHIO.
