LAKE COMO BEACH PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE TO SERVE THE INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY OWNERS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION. THE ASSOCIATION'S GOAL IS TO PRESERVE, MAINTAIN AND PROTECT THE PROPERTY AND COMMON AREAS OF LAKE COMO BEACH FOR THE BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF THE INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY OWNERS (MEMBERS) OF LAKE COMO BEACH.
