PROMOTE THE COMMON GOOD AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE OF THE LAKE FOREST ESTATES COMMUNITY. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES ROADS, WATER, SEWER, COMMON GROUND, AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES TO THE LAKE FOREST ESTATES COMMUNITY.
