TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE BAND DIRECTORS IN SUPPORT OF THE BAND PROGRAM BY: 1) PROVIDING FUNDS FOR EXPENSES THAT ARE NOT FUNDED BY RISD; SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TRIPS, SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, EQUIPMENT, AUXILIARY STAFF, CLINICIANS, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.2) PROVIDING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR BUDGETS, REVENUES, AND EXPENDITURES.
