Mission

The corporation is a real-estate holding company. It holds title to and administers funds necessary to maintain the building and property in which the Masonic Organizations meet. The Masonic Organizations are shareholders of the corporation. At the beginning of the year the shareholders transfer funds into the corporation to cover the maintenance expenses for the year. Maintenance includes but is not limited to utilities, general maintenance, and repairs. At the end of the year, all excess funds are transferred back to the shareholders.
