L.E. PHILLIPS SENIOR CENTER IS A GATHERING PLACE FOR INDIVIDUALS 50+ WHO RESIDE IN THE CITY OR COUNTY OF EAU CLAIRE, TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE THROUGH ACCESS TO PROGRAMMING WHICH DEVELOPS SKILLS TO ENHANCE THEIR SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, AND PHYSICAL WELLBEING.
