THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF THIS WORK WILL BE TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AT ALL LEVELS SO THAT ALL CHILDREN ARE AFFORDED OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN TO HIGHER STANDARDS WHILE HAVING THEIR INDIVIDUAL TALENTS NURTURED AND PERSONAL GROWTH EXPANDED.
