THE PRIMARY MISSION OF LEADERSHIP HENDRICKS COUNTY IS TO SEEK, PREPARE, INVOLVE AND SUSTAIN LEADERS FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS TO ADDRESS COMMUNITY AND COUNTYWIDE CHANGES. DEVELOPING QUALITY LEADERS OCCURS IN A SIGNATURE PROGRAM THAT TAKES COMMUNITY LEADERS THROUGH A 12 MONTH CURRICULUM.
