Mission

TLF's mission is two-fold: 1 Provide children from disadvantaged economic backgrounds with opportunities to access quality education that will help them reach their full potential and enter society as full and productive citizens; and 2 provide a community learning center that offers holistic lifelong learning and empowerment opportunities for members of the community to transform their lives and realize their potential through continuing education skills development and community social and economic interactions.
