THE LEONARD PARKER POOL INSTITUTE FOR HEALTH ENCOURAGES AND FACILITATES CROSS-SECTOR COLLABORATION TO ENABLE MEANINGFUL, PLACE-BASED IMPROVEMENTS IN THE HEALTH OF OUR COMMUNITY. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE MEANINGFUL AND SUSTAINED IMPROVEMENTS IN OVERALL HEALTH THROUGH INNOVATIONS TARGETING KEY ISSUES AFFECTING OUR REGION.
