TO PROVIDE A PROGRAM FOR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN TO ALLOW THE PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF THE CHILDREN A RESPITE. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE EDUCATION, SPORTS AND RECREATION, AND RELIGIOUS TEACHING.
