THE LCRDC HELPS LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, ORGANIZATIONS, BUSINESSES, AND INDIVIDUALS ACCESS FEDERAL, STATE, AND OTHER FUNDING SOURCES TO ENHANCE EMPLOYMENT AND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE INFRASTRUCTURE AND PUBLIC SERVICES, REHABILITATE HOUSING, AND DEVELOP PLANS.
