THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO SPREAD THE SPIRITUAL TEACHINGS OF OUR FOUNDER, SRI SIVANANDA-VALENTINA, WHICH IS BASED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF EASTERN PHILOSOPHY AS WELL AS MAINSTREAM WESTERN RELIGIONS, SUCH AS JUDAISM AND CHRISTIANITY. THIS IS DONE THROUGH DAILY AND EVENING MEDITATION CLASSES. WE ALSO GIVE INFORMAL SPIRITUAL ADVICE TO WHOEVER REQUESTS IT.
