THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TO PROVIDE THE COMMUNITY WITH SUPERIOR CHILD CARE PROGRAMS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS IN ALL SOCIOECONOMIC LEVELS, IN THE AREAS OF HEALTH AND EDUCATION, AND TO WORK COOPERATIVELY WITH OTHER AGENCIES SERVING THESE NEEDS.
