PROVIDE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE LIVINGSTON COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL, TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE FOR COURTHOUSE SCROLLS OF LIVINGSTON COUNTY VETERANS WHO HAVE SERVED IN ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES, AND TO PROVIDE A CENTRAL LOCATION FOR LOCAL VETERANS ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS, AMERICAN LEGION, ETC.
