PROGRAM SERVICES: PROVIDE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE TO TRAINEES/APPRENTICES. FUNDING IS PROVIDED BY THE EMPLOYERS WHO MAKE PAYMENTS TO THE TRAINING PROGRAM TO PROVIDE BENEFITS TO COVERED EMPLOYEES.
