WE WILL HOLD AND ADMINISTER REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY WHICH WILL ASSIST WITH ACCOMPLISHING THE PURPOSES LISTED ABOVE. WE WILL PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE LOGANSPORT PARK BOARD IN PROMOTING AND DEVELOPING SOUND PRINCIPLES AND POLICIES FOR PARK FACILITIES AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
