THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS TO RECLAIM PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN ADDICTED TO DRUGS AND TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO REMAIN DRUG FREE THROUGH THE ASSOCIATION AND SUPPORT OF THE PROGRAMS PROVIDED BY THIS ORGANIZATION.
