THE PURPOSE OF LONG COVE BOAT CLUB, INC. IS TO OWN AND OPERATE A FLEET OF HIGH-QUALITY BOATS AND RELATED GEAR AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS AND TO BRING TOGETHER THE MEMBERS SOCIALLY TO ENJOY THE WATERCRAFT AND RELATED SPORTS.
