TO STRENGTHEN THE SAN JUAN COUNTY FOOD SYSTEM BY PROVIDING LOPEZ ISLAND WITH SHARED INFRASTRUCTURE FOR SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION. TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF RESIDENTS OF LOPEZ ISLAND BY ENSURING THAT ALL IN THE COMMUNITY HAVE ACCESS TO HEALTHY FOOD AND OPPORTUNITIES TO BUILD SKILLS FOR THE LOCAL FOOD ECONOMY.
