PROMOTE THE HEALTH OF ALL SPECIES AND TO EXTEND TO THE AGRICULTURAL COMMUNITY AND THE COMMUNITY-AT-LARGE THE BENEFITS OF SOUND AND PROGRESSIVE LEADERSHIP IN THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF ANIMALS.
