TO FINANCE AND OVERSEE THE MANAGEMENT OF A MULTI-PURPOSE ARENA IN DOWNTOWN LOUISVILLE, KY. THE ARENA IS A VENUE FOR A VARIETY OF COMMUNITY-ORIENTED EVENTS, WHICH WILL GENERALLY BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, INCLUDING UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S BASKETBALL GAMES, CONCERTS, FAMILY SHOWS AND OTHER EVENTS.
