OUR MISSION IS TO END THE NEEDLESS AND HORRIBLE SUFFERING AND KILLING OF DOGS AND CATS IN THE METRO NEW ORLEANS AREA BY PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY AND LOW-COST VETERINARY CARE AND SPAY/NEUTER AS WELL AS OTHER SERVICES TO HELP LOW AND MIDDLE-INCOME PET OWNERS BETTER AFFORD TO CARE FOR AND KEEP THEIR PETS.
