PROVIDE COMPLIMENTARY & CRITICAL LEGAL SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES RESIDING IN BEAUFORT, HAMPTON AND JASPER COUNTIES, SOUTH CAROLINA. THE MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH PROGRAMS PROVIDED FROM THE ASSISTANCE OF COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS AND RETIRED ATTORNEYS.
