EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ENRICHES THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN LOWER SUSQUEHANNA RIVER VALLEY THROUGH CONSERVING THE CULTURAL HERITAGE, LIVING RESOURCES AND NATURAL FEATURES OF THE AREA; ENCOURAGING A GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF THE REGION'S NATURAL, CULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL ATTRIBUTES; AND THE CREATION OF AN OPEN SPACE NETWORK WHICH WILL PROVIDE LINKS BETWEEN DIFFERENT RECREATIONAL AND OPEN SPACE AREAS.
