LOYOLA HIGH SCHOOL FOUNDATION, A MICHIGAN NONPROFIT CORPORATION (THE "FOUNDATION"), IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WHICH WAS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING, INVESTING AND ADMINISTERING CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF LOYOLA HIGH SCHOOL. THE FOUNDATION SHARES COMMON TRUSTEES WITH THE SCHOOL.
