TO CARRY OUT THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF LUTHERAN IMMIGRATION & REFUGEE SVC (LIRS) AND LUTHERAN WORLD RELIEF (LWR) BY OPERATING THE LUTHERAN CENTER. THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE LCC IS TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE THE LUTHERAN CENTER, WHICH PROVIDES OFFICE SPACE FOR LIRS AND LWR.
