PROMOTE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS TO ATTEND NON-PUBLIC, FAITH BASED, PRESCHOOL, ELEMENTARY, MIDDLE, AND HIGH SCHOOLS IN OHIO BY OFFERING SCHOLARSHIPS GIVING PRIORITY TO LOW INCOME STUDENTS DEFINED AS STUDENTS WHOSE HOUSEHOLD INCOME IS UNDER 300% OF THE POVERTY THRESHOLD.
