TO OBTAIN FAMILIES WHO WILL PROVIDE SAFE & LOVING ENVIRONMENTS SO OUR CHILDREN IN CARE WILL FLOURISH AND BUILD HEALTHY AND TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH ADULTS AND CHILDREN THEIR AGE THAT WILL ENCOURAGE THEM TO ACHIEVE THEIR MAXIMUM POTENTIAL IN HELPING THEM BECOME PRODUCTIVE AND SUCCESSFUL ADULTS.
