THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THE CLUB WAS FORMED IS TO MAINTAIN FACILITIES FOR DAY CAMP, BEACH AND POOL, AND TO MAINTAIN A RESTAURANT WHICH PROVIDES SOCIAL AND DINING ACTIVITIES FOR THE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF ITS MEMBERS.
