THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO MONITOR, MAINTAIN, AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF MAPLE LAKE, LOCATED IN WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA. AS SUCH, THE ASSOCIATION IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATION AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZAITONS UNDER SECITON 501(C)3 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
